Hartville Technical Services LLC ("HTS", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect through our website and how we handle it.

What We Collect

This website collects minimal personal information. If you contact us via email or a contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, and message content. We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not collect analytics or behavioral data through this website.

How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide product support, or fulfill a business engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Support-related data is deleted upon case closure and in no case retained beyond 30 days after resolution. Professional services engagement data is retained for the duration of the project plus up to 30 days for follow-up, then permanently deleted.

Security

All communication with this website is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). Any personal information in our custody is stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems. HTS maintains formal information security and data protection policies governing all aspects of data handling.

Payment Information

HTS does not store, process, or transmit payment card data on its own systems. All transactions are handled through third-party payment processors (such as PayPal or Stripe), which maintain their own PCI-DSS compliance. We never receive or retain card numbers or authentication data.

Our Software Product

Procenza Integration Software is installed and runs entirely within the customer's own SQL Server environment. It does not transmit data to HTS or any third party. Procenza connects only to Salesforce API endpoints explicitly configured by the customer, over standard HTTPS. All data remains on the customer's systems.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
